Red Winter

Red Winter Federal Academy is a school in Kivotos in the game Blue Archive, and its student council is the Red Winter Office. The Red Winter Office wields tremendous power over student affairs within the academy, with virtually all matters being subjected to its authority. This power is primarily controlled by the student council president, Cherino, who often uses her position to satisfy her personal preferences. The Red Winter Office also has the authority to punish students for any reason. The internal politics of the Red Winter Federal Academy are volatile, with student council leaders frequently being replaced through coups. Ikekura Marina briefly served as a leader during a coup before being overthrown by Cherino. The Red Winter Office maintains close ties with the Pandemonium Society of Gehenna, even drawing inspiration from Cherino's actions. They have also established a relationship with the Xuanlong Office during the Moonlight Dreams event. Red Winter Academy itself is a school with a large territory where the student council is frequently overthrown by the students. The current student council is led by Cherino. Other departments also exist within the academy, such as the Public Works Department, the Knowledge Liberation Front, and the No. 227 Special Class.
