The No. 227 Special Class, also known as Spec Ops No. 227, is a unique class within Red Winter Federal Academy in Blue Archive. Unlike other schools, students who are suspended for violating rules are placed here and forced to live in a single dormitory. However, due to the negligence of the Red Winter Office head, living conditions are very poor. Members of the No. 227 Special Class include Nodoka Amami and Shigure Mayoi. This class is generally seen as a gathering place for problem students in Red Winter, and their living environment and experiences are drastically different from other students in the academy.
