Hunter (meta)

Hunter (META) is a META faction destroyer character featured in Azur Lane. She is the first META destroyer, enhanced from the original Royal Navy destroyer, Hunter. Compared to the original, Hunter (META) has significantly improved durability and anti-submarine capabilities, making her a top-tier anti-submarine ship. Although her base stats are close to the average for destroyers, her evasion is also quite impressive. Hunter (META)'s most notable feature is her special skill, which fires a shield-ignoring, piercing slash-type large projectile every 3 seconds, dealing significant damage to heavily armored enemies and prioritizing humanoid targets. Although the skill has a 60-second time limit, it's sufficient for most battles. Her high output and shield-ignoring ability make her very suitable for solo frontline operations in event maps. Furthermore, unlike other characters, Hunter (META)'s background story is unique, as she seems to be battling beasts or otherworldly entities, making her stand out from other characters that are more about fashion and sex appeal.
