Kimberly (meta)

Kimberly (META) is a META faction character in Azur Lane, a modified counterpart of the original ship Kimberly. META shipgirls are special characters in the game, usually resembling their original counterparts but with noticeable differences like paler skin, a more mature look, and damaged or faded clothing, suggesting they may come from a war-torn future. Kimberly (META)'s rigging also exhibits a futuristic or ancient and alien style. Unlike the diverse personalities of regular shipgirls, META shipgirls tend to have a colder and more mature demeanor. They speak directly and without hesitation, often using past tense, hinting at a potentially greater knowledge of the future than their counterparts. They are usually unlocked through the 'Operation Siren' mode or 'Cruise Missions'. As a META faction member, Kimberly (META) also adheres to the uniform red-gray-black color scheme, reflecting a war-scarred appearance. Additionally, the personalities of META shipgirls are altered, becoming calmer and more insightful, contrasting sharply with the personalities of their original counterparts.
