Emanuele pessagno

Emanuele Pessagno is a character from the game "Azur Lane," based on the Italian Royal Navy's Navigatori-class destroyer. She is an introverted observer who always carries a large telescope and a nautical logbook. In the game, she appears as a destroyer of the Sardegna Empire and expresses regret for her negligence during her final escort mission. Pessagno enjoys observing distant scenery, which makes her somewhat introverted, but she also longs to share these views with people she cares about. Her skills include increasing her AA and EVA when damaged, and providing support to the fleet, such as reducing damage taken by low-HP teammates or restoring her own HP when teammates sink. She also has a special “All Out Assault” skill that launches a series of powerful shells. Pessagno’s personal stories revolve around her interactions with the Commander, including observing the port with her telescope, conversing with characters from the Northern Parliament, and overcoming stage fright during a performance. She is a charming character who desires closeness but is also cautious, while also possessing considerable combat capabilities.
