Hanazuki

Hanazuki is a destroyer character from the Sakura Empire faction in the mobile game "Azur Lane." She is the 13th ship of the Akizuki-class destroyers, and the last of her class to be completed. In the game, Hanazuki has long pink hair, green eyes, and adorable fox ears. She wears a kimono that blends the Taisho Roman style, giving off a gentle and calm impression. Hanazuki is kind and graceful, but she has some difficulty making decisions, often hesitating, so she needs the guidance of the Commander. She loves flowers and decorating her surroundings, and is knowledgeable about tea ceremonies, often preparing various drinks for the Commander. In battle, Hanazuki excels in anti-aircraft combat, possessing high anti-air stats, and can increase her firepower by shooting down enemy aircraft. Her special trait is that she can gain an additional main gun mount after limit breaking, enhancing her damage output. Her historical counterpart is the Japanese Navy's Akizuki-class destroyer Hanazuki, commissioned towards the end of World War II but seeing little action due to the unfavorable war situation. Post-war, she was transferred to the United States as war reparations and eventually scuttled as a target ship. She is not only beloved in the game, but also holds a significant popularity within the player community, with numerous fan-created works.
