Tartu

Tartu is a character in the mobile game *Azur Lane*, an Elite-class destroyer belonging to the Vichya Dominion faction. Her design is based on the French Navy's Vauquelin-class large destroyer, the fourth ship of the class. Tartu has a somewhat spacey personality, often lost in her own thoughts, which leads her sisters to consider her 'independent'. Despite this, she aspires to be a mature and caring woman like Dunkerque. In the game, Tartu's skill 'Sanction of Z' increases her own and her allied Vichya and Iris cruiser's firepower and anti-air stats, highlighting her role as a fleet support ship. She also possesses a full-barrage skill, enabling her to deal significant damage. Tartu's dialogue and story reveal her thoughts on past wartime experiences and her hopes for the future. She frequently gets lost in thought, leading to humorous situations, making her a character with a cute contrast. She also has several skins, including Valentine's and swimsuit themes, showcasing her different charms.
