Z28

Z28 is an Elite-class destroyer in the mobile game Azur Lane, belonging to the Iron Blood faction. She is known for her kind and gentle personality, as well as her love for small animals, leading many players to affectionately call her a "loli-mom." In the game, Z28 has a relatively low firepower stat, but boasts high torpedo capabilities, similar to her sister ships Z35 and Z36. She possesses a diverse set of skills, including buffs to firepower, accuracy, and anti-air for Z-class destroyers, buffs to her own firepower, torpedo, and anti-submarine stats, deploying smokescreens for the fleet, and triggering special barrages when the flagship takes damage. These skills give her versatility in battle. Z28's character is also unique, as she acts like an adoring mother to small animals, likes to reciprocate the commander with love, and fully expresses her "cuteness" in her voice lines. Historically, Z28 was a command ship of the German Navy's 1936A-class destroyers, equipped with headquarters facilities but with relatively weak armament. The game well captures her gentle and supportive character traits, making up for her historical lack of firepower. She can be obtained by participating in in-game events, such as the "Manjuu Gourmet" sub-event of "Echoes of a Fallen Star."
