L'indomptable

L'Indomptable, also known as 'The Indomitable' in English, is an SSR destroyer from the Iris faction in the mobile game Azur Lane. She was introduced on June 30, 2022, during the 'Angels of Iris' event. L'Indomptable possesses above-average stats for a destroyer and has a stacking attack buff skill, which allows her to maintain high damage output even in long battles, a rare trait among the typically burst-oriented Iris/Vichya factions. She synergizes well with other Iris destroyers, particularly the Le Fantasque-class, and benefits from the faction buffs provided by Richelieu. In the storyline, she was once manipulated by an evil sword to massage her sister, highlighting her 'gullible' nature. Her real-world counterpart is the French Navy's Le Fantasque-class No.6 destroyer L'Indomptable, which did not see significant action during World War II and was scuttled in Toulon harbor in 1942 to avoid capture by Germany. Her bow was later transplanted to 'Evil Sword' Le Malin.
