Koeln

Koeln is a light cruiser character from the game "Azur Lane," affiliated with the Iron Blood faction. She is the third ship of the Königsberg-class light cruisers. In the game, Koeln is known for her mature and responsible personality, often helping her sisters maintain order. She has semi-long brownish-gray hair tied in lower twintails, purple eyes, and wears glasses, along with a maroon cropped military jacket and a black thigh-length dress, paired with black thigh-high socks and red pumps. Koeln first appeared in the fifth episode of the "Azur Lane" anime, voiced by Ryōko Ono. In fan fictions, like the XP4 stories, she actively appears as a member of the Heroes Coalition and a teacher at the Vanguard Academy. Also, her skills involve the Fl-282 helicopter, which can spot enemy submarines and decrease their maneuverability while increasing the player's anti-submarine damage. Koeln's Live2D illustration can interact with screen touches.
