Glasgow

Glasgow is a beloved character in the mobile game "Azur Lane," a rare-tier light cruiser shipgirl from the Royal Navy, based on the real-life Southampton-class cruiser of the same name. As a member of the Royal Maid Corps, she has a tsundere personality, appearing aloof while being genuinely kind, often oscillating between shyness and formality. In the game, Glasgow is known for her unique "Mobile Guard" skill and high anti-air capability, effectively protecting backline teammates in battles. She also features skills like "Full Firepower" and "All-Out Assault," enhancing her artillery damage. Her character design is by Lpip, and her voice actress is Tomori Kusunoki. Glasgow's artwork often depicts her in a maid outfit, with her characteristic twintails and blue eyes. Her story arc and personal events in the game have made her a popular character among players. Both in and out of the game, Glasgow is notable for her gap moe appeal and historical background. The historical HMS Glasgow was involved in several battles of World War II, which is faithfully reflected in her in-game persona.
