Pamiat merkuria (meta)

Pamiat' Merkuria (META) is a character in the game Azur Lane, a META ship from the Northern Parliament. Her original form was the Bogatyr-class protected cruiser of the Imperial Russian Navy. In the game, the META version of Pamiat' Merkuria retains her signature fur-trimmed coat, white uniform, and white short skirt with thigh-highs. Her rigging consists of two hull-like platforms mounting her 130mm guns, which upgrade to the 1936 version upon retrofit. Her skills include dealing bonus damage to battleships and heavy cruisers, and a chance to evade damage. After retrofitting, her skill changes to a special barrage that deals increased damage and stuns enemies periodically. The META form has higher health and damage output than the original version. In the game's story, META ships are typically special entities associated with the 'Siren' faction.
