Kirov

Kirov is a character in the game "Azur Lane," a super rare light cruiser shipgirl of the Northern Parliament faction. Her design is based on the lead ship of the Soviet Navy's Pr.26 Kirov-class light cruiser. In the game, Kirov is known for her unique skills and artwork. She was designed by Nagu and voiced by Uesaka Sumire. Kirov has long white hair and grayish-blue eyes, and she wears a white fur-trimmed coat over a white dress, a black skirt, pantyhose, and white fur-trimmed boots, along with a white papakha hat. Her rig is animalistic in style and crusted in ice with chains wrapped around it. Kirov’s skills include "Kirov Reporting!", which triggers special barrages and inflicts burn effects on enemies, and "Heavy Ice Strike," which increases the search range and range of her main guns while increasing damage against light armor enemies. In "Azur Lane," Kirov's addition provides strong firepower support for the Northern Parliament faction.
