Sakawa

Sakawa, or 酒匂, is a light cruiser in the mobile game Azur Lane, belonging to the Sakura Empire faction. She is the fourth ship of the Agano-class light cruisers, known for her high luck stat and unique self-buffing skills. Unlike other Sakura Empire light cruisers, Sakawa does not rely on team buffs, but rather focuses on enhancing her own offensive and defensive capabilities. Her skills provide her with excellent endurance in battle, while also allowing her to deal significant damage. In the game's storyline, Sakawa's historical background mirrors her real-life counterpart, who, despite not seeing much combat in World War II, miraculously avoided danger multiple times. She eventually was transferred to the US as a reparation ship and had much data left over from her. In the game, she is favored by many players for her distinct personality and combat prowess.
