Northampton ii

Northampton II is a heavy cruiser character in the game Azur Lane, belonging to the Eagle Union faction. Her historical basis is an improved version of the US Navy's Northampton-class heavy cruisers, originally planned as the 24th ship of the Oregon City-class, but construction was halted due to the end of World War II. She was later redesigned as a tactical command ship. In the game, Northampton II is known for her powerful special barrage and deceleration skills, making her effective in coordinating with other ships. Her visual design combines technology and military elements, with unique exoskeleton-like rigging, two-tone hair, and an asymmetrical outfit, reflecting her special status as a command ship. Her backstory and character design are popular among players, making her a beloved character in the game.
