Portland

Portland is a character in "Azur Lane," a personification of the heavy cruiser USS Portland (CA-33). In the game, she is well-known for her intense obsession with her younger sister, Indianapolis, which is often characterized as 'siscon' or 'sister complex.' Portland's distinctive appearance includes a light purple side ponytail, a heart-shaped ahoge, blue heart-shaped pupils, and a small fang. She wears a black bikini top with a blue off-the-shoulder sailor-style shirt. Her personality is cheerful and lively, often talking about her sister. Portland is a strong, easily obtainable tank in the early game, and her retrofit improves her mobility and survivability. Her skills and lines are mostly related to her affection for her sister. She's often seen in the game holding doujinshi of Indianapolis, further emphasizing her obsession. The Portland-class heavy cruisers are an improved version of the Northampton-class, featuring reinforced armor and enhanced defense. USS Portland participated in many important battles in World War II and earned many battle stars.
