Foch

Foch is a character in the game Azur Lane, personifying the French heavy cruiser Foch. Designed by Ohisashiburi, she's an SR-rarity heavy cruiser from the Vichya Dominion faction. In-game, Foch has high base stats and good torpedo capabilities, coupled with self-buffing skills. Though lacking standout features, her balanced stats and skills make her versatile. Her skills are effective against heavy and super cruisers, with abilities to reduce ammo consumption and enhance hit rates. Foch has several skins in the game, such as "Dazzling Female Housekeeper" and "Rainbow Rendezvous." There is also a META version of Foch in the game, which is a special enhanced form with different skills and attributes.
