Huan ch'ang

Huan Ch'ang is a character from the game "Azur Lane", a SSR battlecruiser belonging to the Eastern Radiance faction. Her design is based on a battlecruiser that was planned but never built by the Republic of China before World War I. In the game, Huan Ch'ang appears as a mysterious woman in Chinese-style attire, wearing a mask. Her initial stats are not particularly outstanding, with a lower firepower value, but she has the unique ability to not suffer damage reduction when out of ammo. Huan Ch'ang's skills are also distinctive, providing random buffs to either the vanguard or main fleets at the start of battle, and she can also launch special barrages. Additionally, Huan Ch'ang has an exclusive equipment called "Huan Ch'ang's Fishing Rod," which provides firepower and hit rate bonuses, and deploys a damage-boosting area after a certain time at the start of battle. Although Huan Ch'ang's initial performance is not top-tier in the game, her unique mechanics and character design are still popular among some players. She is also being adjusted and strengthened in continuously updated versions.
