West virginia

West Virginia is a character in the game Azur Lane, a personification of the Colorado-class battleship USS West Virginia (BB-48) from the Eagle Union faction. She's known for her rigorous exercise habits and zero-tolerance for tardiness. She takes pride in her title from the "BIG SEVEN," similar to her sister Colorado. West Virginia's initial design by Rail (Silverbow) featured short blonde hair and orange eyes, along with a distinctive outfit. Chuzenji later revised her design significantly, giving her pale skin, long black hair, and red eyes. In Azur Lane, West Virginia's ship rigging has also undergone modifications to more accurately depict her real-life counterpart. In reality, the USS West Virginia was sunk at Pearl Harbor but was later salvaged and modernized, participating in major battles like the Battle of Leyte Gulf. The in-game West Virginia embodies these historical aspects.
