Duke of york

Duke of York is a Super Rare battleship character in Azur Lane, belonging to the Royal Navy faction. She is based on the third ship of the King George V-class battleships and is portrayed as a vampire with long pink hair, pointy ears, and blue eyes. Duke of York's skills are geared towards support, providing deceleration and vulnerability effects, especially excelling in single Boss battles. A key characteristic is the need to fire first to apply a vulnerability buff, which can be affected by the enemy's mobility. Her ship is based on the British Royal Navy warship that served in World War II and was instrumental in sinking the German battlecruiser Scharnhorst. In the game, her character is mysterious and deeply devoted to the commander, with dialogue referencing her vampire nature. The game also incorporates the historical concept of the "Curse of the Duke of York" to add to her mystique. She features various beautiful skins such as "Eternal Night's Carola," "Prestige of the Glorious Formula," and "The Chic Counselor."
