Massachusetts

Massachusetts is a character featured in the game "Azur Lane." She is an ultra-rare battleship shipgirl of the Eagle Union faction, based on the US Navy's South Dakota-class battleship, USS Massachusetts (BB-59). In the game, Massachusetts is depicted as a tall woman with dark skin, long silver hair, and a green feather-like ornament. She is typically quiet and doesn't express herself much, but her skills focus on single-target burst damage from a distance. Her skill "2,700 Pounds of Justice" turns her main gun shells into Mark 8 "Super-heavy" shells, significantly boosting penetration against medium and heavy armor. Massachusetts can synergize with other Eagle Union battleships or heavy cruisers through her skill "Big Mamie," enhancing her stats. Her lines indicate a desire to fight to her fullest like South Dakota, despite calling herself a "very ordinary South Dakota-class battleship." Additionally, she has special lines related to Valentine's Day, revealing a more meticulous side to her personality.
