Bataan

Bataan is a character in the game "Azur Lane," a light aircraft carrier of the Independence-class from the Eagle Union faction. In the game, Bataan is beloved by players for her diligent and earnest personality and bright smile. She often insists that she has nothing special about her, but in reality, she is very active in battle, providing strong support for the fleet. Bataan's skills focus on anti-air and anti-sea output, while also providing a loading buff for carriers, enhancing the team's overall combat capabilities. Her lines and story also show her gentle and slightly shy side, especially on special occasions like Valentine's Day, where she prepares special gifts for the Commander. In addition, Bataan has a special bond with her carrier-based F6F Hellcat aircraft; even after several incidents in exercises, she remains trusting of them. This demonstrates Bataan's sense of responsibility and unwavering will. Bataan's character design, combining the characteristics of the historical prototype ship with the moe image of the game character, makes her highly popular among players.
