Houshou

Houshou is a character from the game Azur Lane (碧蓝航线/アズールレーン), a personification of the Japanese aircraft carrier IJN Houshou. In the game, she is a light aircraft carrier from the Sakura Empire faction with the ID number 220 and is classified as an Elite rarity. Her unique skill allows her to heal the ship in the fleet with the lowest HP percentage, and if the target is a carrier or light carrier, she triggers a special airstrike. Historically, the IJN Houshou was the world's first commissioned purpose-built aircraft carrier. Houshou has several skins, notably "The Dream of the Autumn Pillow," which depicts her in a seductive pose during a festival night. Her voice actress is Chiaki Takahashi. Azur Lane is set in an alternate World War II timeline where players collect and train anthropomorphic warship characters. Houshou's skills and design have made her a popular character among players. Besides the game, Azur Lane has manga, anime, and other derivative works that have expanded her reach.
