Yorktown

Yorktown is a character from the game "Azur Lane," based on the US Navy aircraft carrier USS Yorktown (CV-5). She is an aircraft carrier of the Eagle Union faction in the game, and also the elder sister of Enterprise and Hornet. Yorktown is often depicted as an elegant, traditionally feminine character with long silver hair and light-purple eyes. She wears a black military uniform with a white dress and black stockings, projecting an image of both solemnity and grace. In the storyline, Yorktown sometimes shows a self-conscious attitude about her age. In addition to the original Yorktown (CV-5), the game also features "Yorktown II" (CV-10), which is based on the Essex-class aircraft carrier. Yorktown II has more powerful combat abilities and a more flexible tactical system compared to the original, and is usually depicted as a powerful carrier character. Both Yorktown and Yorktown II have rich storylines and character interactions in the game, and are well-loved by players. Their images also appear in derivative works such as anime and manga.
