Bluegill

Bluegill is an Elite submarine in the mobile game Azur Lane (碧蓝航线/アズールレーン), belonging to the Eagle Union faction. Her ship ID is No. 446, and she is based on the USS Bluegill (SS-242), a Gato-class submarine of the United States Navy. Bluegill was first implemented in the game on March 26, 2020, and can be obtained through the "Microlayer Medley" event. Bluegill is known for her damage buffs against destroyers and light cruisers, making her effective against these common enemies. She has two skins: "Bluegill" and "Up-And-Coming Infielder". Bluegill is voiced by Yukina Shuto. In the game, Bluegill's attributes include firepower, torpedo, aviation, evasion, anti-air, and HP. In history, the USS Bluegill sank numerous enemy ships during World War II, including the light cruiser Yubari. After decommissioning, it was used for salvage and rescue training before being scuttled in the deep sea.
