U-96

U-96 is a Super Rare submarine character from the Ironblood faction in the game "Azur Lane", based on the German U-96 submarine from World War II. Designed by artist Kinjo Kuromomo and voiced by Mayu Mineda, U-96 is known for her unique skill, "Wolfpack," which increases critical damage, and she can enhance her critical hit rate through her own skill. This makes her a self-sufficient submarine character. Her support range is unique, shaped like the "smiling sawfish" emblem on her ship. While slightly limited, her barrage skill is strong, making her suitable for the flagship position. Historically, U-96 was a highly successful submarine and the inspiration for the novel and film "Das Boot". In the game, she also has several skins, including the gaming-themed "Secret Gaming Session" and the "fitness" themed "How Heavy are those Barbells?", with unique voices and lines.
