Harbin

Harbin is a playable character in Azur Lane, a light cruiser belonging to the Dragon Empery faction. She is a special project ship, implemented on July 14, 2022, as part of the fifth batch of development ships. Harbin is known for her strong torpedo capabilities, which is unique within the generally artillery-focused Dragon Empery faction. Her skills activate upon taking damage, making her suitable for placement in the rear or in teams with healing capabilities. Harbin's equipment setup is flexible, allowing players to focus on either firepower or reload speed, while avoiding fast-firing guns. Her design is based on the Pan-Asian Tier VIII cruiser of the same name in World of Warships. Harbin's arrival broadens tactical options for the Dragon Empery faction and makes a significant contribution to torpedo-focused fleets.
