Universal bulin

Universal Bulin is a special character in the mobile game Azur Lane. Unlike other shipgirl characters, she doesn't have a real-world counterpart and was specifically created by the game developers to be used for "Limit Breaking" other ships. She is classified as a destroyer but is extremely weak in combat and cannot be enhanced or limit broken through normal methods. Universal Bulin's primary function is to substitute for Common, Rare, or Elite ships when performing a Limit Break, making her a sort of "joker" for enhancing these ships. She can be obtained through various means, including tasks, shops, and events, but she cannot be built or dropped on any stage. Despite her poor combat abilities, Universal Bulin is essential for ship development, especially in the early game. Later, she is used for low-oil leveling or for training Meowfficers. Her unique role makes her an indispensable character within the game.
