Observer alpha

Observer Alpha is a major antagonist in the game Azur Lane and its anime adaptation. She belongs to the Siren faction, and her primary role is to observe the growth of humanity (specifically, ship girls) within 'simulations' and report the data to the 'Creator.' She rarely interacts directly with the protagonists, spending most of her time collecting data behind the scenes, sending it to both the Creator and Tester Beta to better adjust parameters for the next simulation. Observer Alpha has a slim, petite frame with curly silver hair, yellow eyes, and black sharp ear-like headwear. She wears a black frilled choker with a yellow ribbon, a black frilled top, and black bikini bottoms. She sits on a black chair-like cannon with black frills and yellow-suctioned tentacles. Her personality is somewhat snarky, prone to playful sarcasm and delivering praises that are hard to distinguish from insults. She also appears as a member of the Dark Forces in some fan-made stories.
