Observer Zero is a mysterious antagonist character in Azur Lane, belonging to the Siren faction. Her motif is a jellyfish, and she speaks in cryptic language. She first appears in the event "Fallen Wings." She accepts the Inquisitor's mission, believing that the fate of humanity is in her hands. Observer Zero only appears in cutscenes, one of which features her meeting with Arbiter: The Empress III, where she asks her to protect the past and future of humanity. She is considered to be one of the leaders of the Sirens, overseeing subordinate units such as the Observers. According to game lore, she may be related to the Commander's navigator, TB, possibly originating from an AI created by a doctor named Aosta, nicknamed "Zero."
