Tester

Tester, also known as Tester β, is a major antagonist in the mobile game Azur Lane, belonging to the Siren faction. She is an alienoid ship whose main goal is to obtain Mental Cubes and change the course of world history. Tester's purpose is to test the "parameters" of each simulation done by The Observer α, by pitting the protagonists against older, outdated Siren models, and sometimes against herself. Despite being a tester, she interacts very little with the protagonists. In gameplay, her appearance as an enemy boss is limited to the Bonus Boss of the Fallen Wings event. Tester has a complex personality, being both intelligent and strong. Like all Sirens, she is cunning and manipulative, working behind the scenes to pit the Crimson Axis against Azur Lane in her quest for Mental Cubes. She is sadistic and cruel when provoked, but prefers to use cunning strategies to achieve her goals, and often flees when defeated. She is voiced by Chika Anzai in Japanese and Brittany Lauda in English.
