Bard, also known as the Wandering Caretaker, is a mysterious and powerful character in League of Legends. He comes from beyond the stars, acting as a keeper of cosmic balance. He collects residual fragments of energy in the universe, known as "meeps." He can stun enemies with "Cosmic Binding", provide healing to teammates using "Caretaker's Shrine", and travel through terrain with "Magical Journey." His ultimate ability, "Tempered Fate," puts both enemies and allies in stasis. Bard's existence is to protect Runeterra from threats beyond the universe. He has the ability to foresee the future and is preparing for the coming cosmic conflict.
