Briar, the Restrained Hunger, is a unique champion in League of Legends. She was originally a failed experiment by the Black Rose, created as a living weapon fueled by blood. Unable to control her bloodlust, Briar required a special pillory to focus her mind. After years of confinement, this living weapon broke free, unleashing herself upon the world. Now, she is controlled by no one, following only her hunger for knowledge and blood, relishing opportunities to let loose, even if restraining the frenzy is not easy. Briar's abilities include her passive, "Crimson Curse," which applies a stacking bleed to her attacks and abilities, healing her based on missing health; her Q, "Head Rush," which makes her leap to a target, dealing damage and stunning them; her W, "Blood Frenzy," which causes her to enter a frenzy, attacking nearby enemies and granting bonus attack speed and movement speed and allowing her to activate "Snack Attack" for extra damage and healing; her E, "Chilling Scream," which allows her to charge up and scream, dealing damage and slowing enemies, knocking back and stunning fully charged foes; and her R, "Certain Death," which has her kick her pillory's gemstone and charge to the first enemy hit, entering an empowered Blood Frenzy.
