the Madman of Zaun Dr. Mundo

Dr. Mundo, the Madman of Zaun, is a terrifying figure in League of Legends. He was once an enforcer for one of Zaun's most powerful chem-barons, known for his affability and imposing physique. However, after being committed to Osweld Asylum by his boss, Mundo was subjected to inhumane experiments. These experiments left his body more powerful but severely damaged his mind, causing him to lose his past memories and begin to see himself as a doctor, with everyone else as his patients. Convinced he is a physician, Mundo is quick to use his surgical saw and various 'medical' tools to perform 'treatments', with no regard for patient comfort or safety. He is known for his purple skin, massive size, and indifference to pain. Mundo roams the streets of Zaun, looking for patients who need his 'help', becoming a nightmare for the city's residents. He is both a victim and a perpetrator, his actions stemming from his twisted perception and obsession with pain. Dr. Mundo is a complex character who embodies the darkness and chaos of Zaun.
