the Green Father Ivern

Ivern, also known as the Green Father, is a unique character in the game League of Legends. He was originally Ivern the Cruel, a ruthless warrior from ancient Freljord, who followed the warlike old gods and refused to yield to the "Three Sisters." However, during a campaign in Ionia, he felled the sacred God-Willow tree and was transformed into a half-man, half-tree being with the ability to commune with nature. Now known as the "Old Woodsman" or the "Green Father," Ivern roams the wilds of Runeterra, dedicated to cultivating life and befriending all things that grow, fly, and scuttle. He imparts strange wisdom to mortals and occasionally entrusts his secrets to talkative butterflies. In the game, Ivern is a unique jungler who cannot directly attack jungle monsters, instead planting groves to gain experience and gold, and summoning his friend Daisy to aid him in combat.
