the Eternal Nightmare Nocturne

Nocturne, the Eternal Nightmare, is a character in League of Legends, described as a demonic amalgamation drawn from the nightmares that haunt every sentient mind. He is a liquidly chaotic shadow with cold eyes and wicked blades. After freeing himself from the spirit realm, Nocturne continually descends upon the waking world to feed on the fear that thrives in darkness. Towards the end of the Rune Wars, desperate warrior-mages sought any advantage, entering the spirit realm where they stalked each other in landscapes shaped by their subconscious. Shadow mages, particularly skilled in this, dominated the spirit realm, casting it into twilight. Nocturne's emergence amplified this fear; he became a manifestation of pure terror, eager to consume people's dread. He prolongs the chase, savoring the agony of his prey before swiftly ending their lives. Trapped in the spirit realm, he yearned for feasts of fear, finding a way into the waking world, becoming a sinister reflection of the primal fears of Runeterra. He exploits weaknesses in the spirit, twisting them into mortal terror and consuming them in eternal darkness.
