the Charmer Rakan

Rakan, the Charmer, is a notorious Vastayan troublemaker and the greatest battle-dancer in Lhotlan tribal history in League of Legends. To the humans of the Ionian highlands, his name has long been synonymous with wild festivals, uncontrollable parties, and anarchic music. This energetic, traveling showman has left his old life behind, dedicating himself to the cause of his lover, the rebel Xayah. Together, they seek to free Ionia's wild magic, restoring the Vastaya's birthright. Rakan has white hair accentuated by a bold red stripe. His yellow plumage cascades down like a regal cape. He is shirtless with bracers on his arms and wears azure pants. Known for his charm, Rakan is emotionally aware and graceful. He is a flamboyant and showy performer, energetic and confident. He is also brave, loyal, and compassionate, and unlike Xayah, he tends to act on instinct rather than planning.
