the Card Master Twisted Fate

Twisted Fate, also known as the Card Master, is an infamous card shark and swindler in League of Legends. He has gambled and charmed his way across much of the known world, earning the enmity and admiration of the rich and foolish alike. He rarely takes things seriously, greeting each day with a mocking smile and an insouciant swagger. In every possible way, Twisted Fate always has an ace up his sleeve. Born to the nomadic river folk of the Serpentine Delta, Tobias Felix quickly learned what it was to be an outsider. Tolerated for the exotic goods they peddled, but shunned for their strange traditions. He found his true calling in the gambling tents, and later when he picked up a deck of playing cards. His grandfather taught him to read omens in the shuffle and cut, and his aunt taught him how to read an opponent's tells. Twisted Fate became a master of high-stakes card games. Often accused of cheating, but no one could explain how. After being exiled, he began drifting and using his skill to earn a living in gambling halls. Later, he met Malcolm Graves and they formed a partnership in various illicit activities. Twisted Fate felt the pull of the cards grow stronger and sought more dangerous ways to bend them to his will.
