Veigar, a yordle from Bandle City, was initially curious about magic and longed to learn the celestial magic practiced by mortals. However, his curiosity was twisted by his imprisonment in the Immortal Bastion. Now, he is a stubborn creature with the dark fury of the stars at his command. Although he believes himself to be evil, some still question his deeper motivations. Veigar began as an enthusiastic yordle eager to learn about the world outside of Bandle City. His pursuit of magic led him away from his home and to Runeterra. Unfortunately, he was captured by the brutal warlord Mordekaiser and suffered years of torture, shattering his mind. Despite his longing for safety and freedom, he ultimately chose to embrace evil, becoming a sorcerer determined to gain respect through acts of villainy. Clad in the armor of a sinister warlock, he vowed to bring all who dared underestimate him to their knees. Still, his actions often fall somewhere between malevolent and strangely helpful, making him both a figure of fear and confusion.
