Illari

Illari is a Support hero in Overwatch 2, released on August 10, 2023, as the 38th hero added to the game. She is the last of the Inti Warriors, a group of ancient warriors who channel the power of the sun. Illari underwent rigorous training from a young age to become the strongest Inti Warrior. However, during her solar augmentation ceremony, a catastrophic surge of solar energy destroyed the chamber and killed all other Inti Warriors. This tragic event left Illari burdened with guilt and seeking redemption. Illari wields the power of the sun, utilizing abilities such as the "Solar Rifle," which can fire healing beams and damaging blasts; the "Healing Pylon," which deploys a structure to heal allies; "Captive Sun," which fires a ball of solar energy that slows and damages enemies; and "Outburst," which launches her forward and knocks enemies back. Despite her past, Illari fights on, determined to atone for her actions and protect those in need.
