Mercy

Mercy, also known as Angela Ziegler, is a support hero in Overwatch. She is a brilliant Swiss doctor and scientist who uses her advanced Valkyrie Suit to protect her teammates on the battlefield like a guardian angel. Mercy's main role is to heal and empower her allies. Her Caduceus Staff can fire beams that either restore health or increase damage. She also possesses the ability to resurrect fallen teammates, bringing them back into the fight. Mercy's ultimate ability, Valkyrie, allows her to fly freely and significantly enhance her abilities for a short period. She is a pacifist who is dedicated to helping those affected by war. While she opposed Overwatch's militaristic approach, she joined the organization because she believed it would allow her to save more lives. After Overwatch disbanded, she provided aid to those affected by the war, and later rejoined the team.
