Ramattra

Ramattra is a Tank hero in Overwatch 2, released on December 6, 2022. He is the leader of Null Sector, a complex character driven by conflicting ideals. Originally designed as a war machine, Ramattra desires a better future for his fellow omnics. He was once a Shambali monk, close to Zenyatta, but after witnessing the suffering of omnics, he abandoned the path of peace, embracing a militant approach to fighting for omnic rights. Ramattra is a dual-form hero. In his omnic form, he uses a staff for ranged attacks and barrier deployment, while in his Nemesis form, he transforms into a large melee threat, using powerful punches. His gameplay emphasizes switching between the two forms based on the combat situation, making him a tempo tank. Ramattra's backstory is complex and tragic, showcasing his rage and determination to save his people, regardless of the cost. His past and present relationship with Zenyatta also forms an important part of his story within the game.
