Venture

Venture is a Damage hero in Overwatch 2, released in Season 10 as the 40th hero. Venture is an elusive, combo-oriented close-range damage dealer. Their primary focus, like any other DPS, is to pressure and eliminate the enemy team's Supports and other Damage heroes. Venture, whose real name is Sloan Cameron, is a charismatic and enthusiastic non-binary archaeologist with a passion for solving history's mysteries. They are a member of the Wayfinder Society, traveling the world, using their excavating tools to uncover artifacts and protect archaeological sites from looters, thieves, and more dangerous criminal organizations. Venture's archeological interests are varied, including Classical, Medieval, Peruvian, and Egyptian, with a favorite specialization in Omnic archeology. Venture's abilities include the "Smart Excavator," launching a seismic charge that bursts after a short distance; the "Drill Dash," dashing forward above or underground, pushing enemies back; "Burrow," moving underground and becoming invulnerable; and "Tectonic Shock," sending out damaging shockwaves.
