Plume

Plume is a 3-star Vanguard Operator in the game Arknights, affiliated with Rhodes Island. She hails from Laterano and is a meticulous former guard, proficient in security, halberd combat, and patrolling. Plume is a Liberi, characterized by her feathered hair and wings. On the battlefield, she is positioned as a damage dealer and DP recovery unit. As a "kill-to-DP" Vanguard, she generates 1 DP each time she defeats an enemy, and her DP cost is fully refunded upon retreat, but she can only block one enemy. Her talent increases her ATK, and her skill, Swift Strike α, further boosts her ATK and ASPD. Although her HP is low and she cannot be promoted to Elite 2, she remains a cost-effective offensive Vanguard in the early game, serving as a cheaper alternative to Vigna. Plume is earnest and, despite her rigid background, she is adapting to the free environment of Rhodes Island and considering changing her image. Her voice actors include Tachibana Rika (Japanese), Vila (Chinese), Rosie Jones (English), and Yoon Mi-na (Korean).
