Jessica is a sniper operator from Columbia's Blacksteel International in Arknights, designated as BS03. She initially joined Rhodes Island as a 4-star sniper operator, specializing in anti-air damage and survival, and can be obtained for free by clearing stage TR-3. Jessica is somewhat introverted and insecure, but once on the battlefield, she demonstrates formidable combat capabilities. As a sniper, she prioritizes attacking aerial enemies. Jessica has two main skills: Power Strike β, which allows her to fire a powered-up shot every few attacks, and Smokescreen, which increases her attack power and grants physical and arts evasion. Later, she reappears as the 6-star defender "Jessica the Liberated", capable of using a mobile shield and shelling, further enhancing her battlefield adaptability and tactical diversity. Designed by m9nokuro, Jessica's Chinese voice actor is Hou Xiaofei, her Japanese voice actor is Ryo Hirahashi, her English voice actor is Yuuki Luna, and her Korean voice actor is Kim Hayoung. Her backstory is rich, with her journey from a Blacksteel intern to a Rhodes Island operator and then to a frontier sheriff, leaving a deep impression on players through her growth and emotional development.
