Warfarin is a playable Operator in the mobile game *Arknights*, and a senior medical staff member of Rhodes Island. She is a centuries-old Vampire from the Sarkaz race. Warfarin possesses remarkable medical expertise and serves as the founder and administrator of the Rhodes Island Blood Bank. She is also known for her medical publications under the pseudonym "Mr. Blood." Although a Vampire, Warfarin has the capacity to control her thirst for blood and coexists peacefully with other races. However, she is also known as a "mad scientist" who occasionally conducts unsettling medical experiments. In the game, Warfarin is a single-target Medic who excels at providing healing and buffs to her allies. Her Talent "Blood Sample Recycle" restores skill points to herself and a random ally when an enemy is defeated nearby. Her skills can increase healing or enhance the attack of allied units, making her a versatile support operator. She has an unusual fascination with the blood of the Rhodes Island "Doctor", sparking humorous incidents, the origin of which is unknown even to her.
