Ceobe

Ceobe, also affectionately known as "Kay," is a six-star Caster Operator in the game Arknights. She is a Perro girl from Bolivar with sandy hair and a naive smile, but in reality, she is a combat expert proficient in various weapons. She is passionate about collecting weapons and can infuse them with Originium Arts to deal powerful Arts damage and control effects. Ceobe has a somewhat airheaded personality, and her motto is "eat well, drink well, sleep well, and beat up the bad guys," which reflects her simple and direct approach to life. She once attacked Rhodes Island operators due to hunger, and was later brought back to Rhodes Island and joined the team, living under the care of Vulcan. Ceobe possesses a unique combat talent, able to output damage based on enemies' defense, and can also gain attack and attack speed boosts when no allies are nearby. Her skills are diverse, enabling her to control enemies and deal significant damage to high-defense foes, making her a very powerful damage-dealing Caster Operator.
