Cutter

Cutter is a 4-star Guard operator in Arknights, belonging to the Swordmaster subclass. She is a Vulpo mercenary from Columbia, with a backstory of growing up in a chaotic environment and later being adopted and taught swordsmanship by a wandering swordsman. Cutter is characterized by her unique dual-strike attack mechanism, where each attack consists of two rapid strikes, although skill charge is still counted as one attack. Her talent, "Photoetched Memory," gives her a chance to recover additional SP when damaging enemies, thereby speeding up skill usage. Cutter's skills are mainly output-oriented, including a throwing knife skill that randomly attacks enemies within range and an area-of-effect skill. These skills have low SP costs, enabling her to use them frequently. Cutter is calm and principled on the battlefield, but in everyday life, she has a surprising passion for cooking, though her culinary skills are often disastrous. She joined Rhodes Island for treatment of Oripathy, contributing her swordsmanship to Rhodes Island's operations. Overall, Cutter is a high-output Guard among low-rarity operators, especially skilled at dealing with high-mobility or aerial enemies.
