Mint

Mint is a 5-star Caster Operator in the game Arknights. She hails from Victoria and is a geology graduate, known for her quiet, curious, and scholarly nature. She contracted Oripathy during a field expedition and was subsequently introduced to Rhodes Island by Skyfire, a fellow Victoria graduate. Mint is a “Modal Caster,” meaning she gains high DEF when not attacking, entering a defensive mode, and switches to an offensive mode when using skills, dealing AoE damage. Her talent, "Geologist," buffs adjacent allies' DEF in defensive mode and makes her less likely to be targeted in offensive mode. Mint's skills include "Wind Whispers," which increases her attack range and damage, and "Swirling Vortex," which pulls enemies towards her. Though she has a higher deployment cost, slower attack speed, and cannot attack while her skills are on cooldown, her survivability and AoE damage make her useful in specific maps. She prioritizes research, even showing more concern for data collection than her own well-being after contracting Oripathy.
