Astgenne

Astgenne, also known as Elena Urbica, is a 5-star Chain Caster Operator in the game Arknights. She was a researcher in the Energy Section of Rhine Lab, holding dual PhDs in electrical engineering and engineering. Born into a family of astrologers, Astgenne is skeptical of astrology and prefers to use science and technology to solve problems. She wields a custom-made staff, utilizing Originium Arts to attack multiple enemies with bouncing projectiles that also slow them down. Her skills focus on multi-target damage, increasing her attack speed, the number of targets hit, and the range of her attacks. While she's weaker against single targets, she excels against groups of enemies. Astgenne also has a strong bond with her sister Astesia, and they work together on Rhodes Island. She is also a welfare Operator obtainable from the "Dorothy's Vision" event.
